We’re excited to announce that construction is set to commence in May 2026 on The Village Bacchus Marsh’s expansion within the quadrangle car park; adding two large retail tenancies to the centre (960sqm and 183sqm).

The centre will remain fully operational throughout the construction period, with clear signage and traffic management in place to ensure safe and convenient access at all times.
We acknowledge there may be some temporary disruption during certain stages of the works, and we will work closely with our contractors to minimise impacts wherever possible.
Please note that once construction commences, temporary fencing and hoarding will be put in place, which will restrict vehicle access completely to the quadrangle car park, as well as limit pedestrian access. Vehicles will NO longer be able to exit from the quadrangle car park onto Main Street and instead will need to exit the car park onto Bennett Street or Young Street.
Pedestrians will still be able to access the Elms Medical Centre, Senior Helpers, the rear of UFS Pharmacy and rear of Australia Post (and post boxes), with way-finding signage in place.
