- Preheat oven to 200°C. Combine mince and stuffing mix in a large bowl. Season. Roll tablespoonfuls of mince mixture into balls and place on a plate.
- Heat a greased large ovenproof frying pan over high heat. Cook the meatballs, turning occasionally, for 10 mins or until browned and cooked through. Add passata. Bring to a simmer. Remove from heat. Top with cheddar.
- Bake for 10 mins or until cheese melts and sauce thickens slightly.
- Meanwhile, chargrill or toast the bread slices until golden brown. Serve with the meatballs.
